- $80K - $90k per year (based on experience)

- Conduct comprehensive HCC risk adjustment chart reviews—both remotely and onsite—to validate diagnosis accuracy, identify documentation gaps, and ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate directly with primary care providers by delivering clear, actionable education and audit feedback to strengthen documentation practices and support accurate, value-based reimbursement.
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience in healthcare settings
- Current AAPC or AHIMA certification
