Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC to fill an opening with a physician-centric, technology-powered healthcare management company near Las Vegas, NV.

Daily Responsibilities for the Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC:

• Lead and supervise the teams responsible for reviewing medical charts, coding, and in home or provider-based assessments to make sure patient diagnoses are documented correctly.
• Oversee all risk adjustment programs, making sure patient conditions are accurately captured, documentation is complete, and workflows run smoothly across regions
• Work closely with doctors, nurse practitioners, vendors, and internal departments to improve documentation, coding accuracy, and compliance with healthcare rules
  
  

Shift: Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Required Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC:

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) OR AHIMA certification (CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CRC, CPC-H, CPC-P, RHIT, or RHIA)
• 5 years' experience of risk adjustment in the healthcare industry
• 5 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory capacity
  
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC:

• Strong computer skills with proficiency using all Microsoft Office products, and demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new software.
• Excellent time management, project management, organizational and communication skills.

Pay Details: $100K - $110K – this is dependent on experience
