Healthcare Specialty Sales Representative – Boston, MA

HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced Healthcare Specialty Sales Representative for a 100% field-based role in the Boston market. This is a high-impact opportunity to build provider relationships, drive patient growth, and earn uncapped income in a rapidly growing healthcare segment.

Work Structure

• 100% field-based role (not remote)
• No overnight travel required
• Administrative work completed from home
• Daily in-person provider engagement
  
  

Compensation

• Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000
• Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
• Quarterly commission payouts
• 1st quarter guarantee (~$7,500 during ramp)
• 120-day ramp to full productivity
• Performance-driven model: more patient volume = higher earnings
• Full commission structure reviewed during interview

• Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience (specialty preferred)
• Ability to build and maintain provider relationships
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and reimbursement
• Strong territory management and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  

Preferred

• Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or biologics experience
  
  

Interview Process
