Work Structure
- 100% field-based role (not remote)
- No overnight travel required
- Administrative work completed from home
- Daily in-person provider engagement
- Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000
- Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
- Quarterly commission payouts
- 1st quarter guarantee (~$7,500 during ramp)
- 120-day ramp to full productivity
- Performance-driven model: more patient volume = higher earnings
- Full commission structure reviewed during interview

- Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or biologics experience
- Multi-step virtual interview with Hiring Leader and SVP
