HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacy Director to join a respected Specialty Infusion company in Houston, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacy leader who thrives in a fast-paced home infusion environment and is passionate about operational excellence, patient care, and team development.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, Days
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work on-call evenings and weekends on an as-scheduled basis
  

Compensation Notes

• $160K - $175K base up to 20% bonus target
  
  

Daily Responsibilities For The Pharmacy Director

The Pharmacy Director will oversee all pharmacy operations, including logistics, inventory management, staffing, compliance, accreditation readiness, and customer experience initiatives. Working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams, this leader will drive strategic growth, optimize performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performing culture focused on delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Required Qualifications For The Pharmacy Director

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience in a hospital or home health care setting required.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of practice.
• High-performing leader with strong analytical and people management skills
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations
• Ability to assess current state challenges, implement targeted improvement strategies, and deliver measurable gains in performance, culture, and employee engagement
• Current valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance
