- Day Shift
- $62–$65/hr (based on experience)
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Clear and active Pharmacist license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist
