Daily Responsibilities For Float Medical Receptionist
- Greet and assist patients with check in and check out
- Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
- Must have experience calling insurance companies directly verifying benefits in detail with insurance companies when needed for appointments, DME, casting, procedures, etc.
- Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
- Must have HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of front desk / medical reception experience
- Strong insurance verification experience required
