Director of Imaging Services: up to $210,000/year!

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with leadership experience to fill a permanent opening with a well respected healthcare provider in Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay Details

  • $131,000 - $210,000/year

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Required Qualifications for a Director of Imaging Services:

  • Masters Degree
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist orNuclear Medicine Technologist orDiagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Leadership experience (managerial, supervisory, director)

Daily Responsibilities for Director of Imaging Services:

  • Develop and execute imaging strategies that advance clinical, operational, and financial goals while promoting innovation and quality care
  • Oversee imaging operations, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, partnerships, and technology adoption to strengthen market position
  • Manage budgets, monitor performance, and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure fiscal accountability
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop teams while fostering engagement, accountability, and a culture of excellence
