Clinical Pharmacist Consultant (Hybrid) – PBM – Montvale, NJ

HealthCare Support is seeking a strategic, client-focused Clinical Pharmacist Consultant to join a growing PBM organization. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clients, helping develop pharmacybenefit and clinical strategies that improve outcomes, manage drug spend, and deliver measurable value.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
  
  

Compensation

• $120,000–$191,000 base salary
• Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on pharmacybenefit design, formularies, clinical programs, population health, and cost trends. Partner cross-functionally with clinical, analytics, underwriting, prior authorization, formulary, and client teams to support account performance, new client implementations, and ongoing clinical strategy.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Active NJ Pharmacist License
• 5 years of PBM, clinical account management, or healthcare consulting experience
• PBM experience required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacybenefit design, clinical programs, and population health
