Job Description
Are you an experienced RN looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the RN position for you!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Travels to patients homes to provide end of life care
- Provides nursing services to patients and families at end of life that include assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
Hours for this Position:
• Mon-Fri 12pm-8:30pm

Qualifications
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Active Iowa or Compact License RN in good standing
- 2 years of home health/hospice experience
- Reliable car for patient visits
- Able to work independently
- Computer Savvy
