HealthCare Support is actively seeking a LVN Case Manager to fill an opening with a Managed Care Company in Corpus Christi, TX (Nueces County).
Daily Responsibilities for LVN Case Manager:
- LVN needed to assist with follow up calls to members, MD offices, DME agencies, Provider agencies, etc.
- LVN will need to work on any assigned tasks within expected turn-around time.
- LVN will need to track productivity and turn in spreadsheet each week.
- LVN may need to perform field visits in Corpus Christi and surrounding towns, if needed to assist.
- LVN will need to fill out required forms and document assessments within turn-around time.
- LVN must have good computer skills and be able to work independently in home office, being mindful of privacy to avoid any HIPAA breech.
- LVN must have stable and dependable Wi-Fi services.
- LVN must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Shift: M-F 8-5 with 1 hour lunch break
- REMOTE
- Clear and active TX LVN license
- 2 years of LVN experience with adult/geriatric population, preferably in managed care, home health or LTC settings
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams
- Clear and active drivers license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications for LVN Case Manager:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Comprehension of Microsoft software (excel; word; etc.)
- Quick learner
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
