Healthcare Specialist (RT/RN/LPN) - Home Medical Equipment

HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT), or Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time Healthcare Specialist/ Home Medical equipment role in Grand Forks, ND. This position offers a chance to stay connected with patients in the community, enjoy predictable weekday hours, and work independently in the field, all while building your career in a growing area of healthcare.
Compensation & Incentives:
- 29/hr - $35/hr(based on experience)
- Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
- Company Vehicle & Company-provided cell phone
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities for the Healthcare Specialist (RT/RN/LPN):
- Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
- Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications for the Healthcare Specialist (RT/RN):
- Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
