Job Description
Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties:
Workers will work with dual monitors to process applications for providers, enter into the system, and complete verification-search for licenses, exclusions, etc.
Performs tasks within the required time frames according to Molina policy and procedures.
Establishes and maintains data entry for documents and projects.
Develops; implements and maintains time table matrix / work plans to ensure timely and successful task completion. Prepares and submits task update reports.
Reviews documents for general application information accuracy.
Provides confidential administrative and clerical support to Directors(s) in a professional, helpful and positive manner.
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:
High School Diploma/GED
2 years plus of Recent and Consistent Administrative or Data Entry Experience
Computer Savvy, experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word Microsoft Products
Intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledge
