Registered Nurse – CVICU
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (CVICU) to join a leading hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced, high-acuity care in a collaborative environment while supporting critically ill cardiac and vascular patients.
Schedule:

Days: 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Nights: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation:$27.72 – $39.60/hr (DOE)
Differentials: Nights $4.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Daily Responsibilities for CVICU RN

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with professional nursing standards.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Monitor and manage patients recovering from cardiac and vascular procedures, including bypass, valve repair, and post-cath interventions.

Provide education to patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and recovery expectations.

Document patient care thoroughly and ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications for CVICU RN

Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain FL license within 90 days of hire)

1 year of ICU experience

BLS Certification
