Job Description
Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00 am-7:00 pm
Pay rate: $15-$17 per hour
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for handling inbound emails and calls from DaVita teammates on billing status or other complicated billing inquires
- Speaks with patients to answer billing questions and resolve issues regarding co-pays, deductibles and other issues deemed unanswerable by the Call Center
Qualifications
Minimum Education/ Licensures/Qualifications
- 1 year(s) with collections; healthcare background a plus!
- Comfortable taking/making collection calls with patients
- Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
- Good customer service soft skills
- Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
- Personality & culture fit are very important
