Compensation:
- $85k - $90k (depending on experience) 10k Sign-On Bonus Annual Bonus
Shift:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, and EAP.
- HSA, FSA, and 401K with company match options
- 17 days of PTO (increase with tenure) 7 Paid Holidays
Daily Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for resident care, establishing and maintaining relationships with families, assessment (preadmission and ongoing), planning, intervention, and evaluation of resident care. You will also develop relationships with outside partners such as social workers for prospective resident referrals. In addition, you will be responsible for supervisory and instruction of staff such as hiring, coaching, and education.
Qualifications:
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 3 years of clinical experience
- Previous supervising experience
