Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) – $20,000 Sign On Bonus
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized post-surgical care while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to improving mobility, recovery, and quality of life.
Shift Options:
- Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends
Compensation Notes:
- $32 – $43.25/hr shift differentials if applicable
- Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus

Required Qualifications for Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN):
- Active Florida RN license or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if relocating)
- 1 year of RN experience
Daily Responsibilities for Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN):
- Deliver post-operative orthopedic care—including pain management, mobility support, wound care, and complication monitoring—while educating patients and families on recovery and rehabilitation.
- Coordinate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
