Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager

Pay Details: $121,000 - $182,000 10% bonus annually
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | This is a leadership role – should be okay staying late as needed or coming in on weekends for emergencies

Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the pharmacy fulfillment center, making sure medications are received, packaged, and shipped to patients accurately and on time
- Lead and support a growing team of pharmacists, technicians, warehouse staff, and inventory team members while helping with coaching, training, and employee development
- Help create a positive team culture by keeping employees engaged, communicating clearly, solving issues quickly, and making sure the team works well together
Required Qualifications for the Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager:
- PharmD or RPh from an ACPE accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of three (3) years of pharmacy operations management experience
Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager:
- Minimum of five (5) years of pharmacy operations management experience
- Specialty pharmacy experience
