HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Optical Technician to fill an opening in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Daily Responsibilities for Optical Technician:
- Collecting and recording patient medical history.
- Instructing patients on post-operative care, medication use, contact lens care and exam expectations.
- Performing corneal topography, retinal nerve fiber layer measurements, retinal thickness and topography, fluorescein angiography, B-scan ultrasonography.
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM
- HS Diploma/GED
- Minimum of one year working in an Optical facility supporting patient care.
