Neuro Telemetry RN – Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus!
Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse to join the nursing team at a top-rated facility in Tallahassee, FL. This provider is recognized for its advanced technology, excellent patient outcomes, and a collaborative environment across neurology, cardiology, and critical care. Care for a diverse patient population, from routine telemetry to higher-acuity neuro cases—every shift brings something new!
Shift Options:
- Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs
Compensation Notes:
- $32 - $43.25/hour Shift Differentials if applicable
- Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
Daily Responsibilities for Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse:
- Assess and monitor patients during admission and each shift, administer medications, perform procedures as ordered, and document care while promptly identifying and reporting changes in condition.
- Provide responsive, proactive care, anticipate and address patient needs, and educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up instructions.

Required Qualifications for Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse:
- Florida RN license
- 1 year of RN experience
