Cardiac Surgical ICU RN
HealthCare Support is currently seeking a skilled Cardiac Surgical ICU RN for a top-tier opportunity in Tallahassee, FL. Shift Options:
- Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends
Compensation Notes:
- $32 - $43.25 /hour Shift Differentials if Applicable
Daily Responsibilities for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:
- Provide specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve repair/replacement), including monitoring vitals, administering medications, managing critical interventions, and educating patients and families on treatment plans.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:
- Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
- 1 year of hospital experience
