HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Contract Attorney to fill an opening in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Daily Responsibilities for Contract Attorney
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, including technology, professional services, operational, and financial services agreements.
- Provide legal support for contract remediation, amendments, compliance reviews, and contract lifecycle management while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with corporate legal teams, procurement departments, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, resolve contract issues, and support enterprise-wide business initiatives.
- Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
- Minimum 5 years experience required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Banking or financial services contract experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
