Daily Responsibilities for the Clinical Nursing Supervisor:
- Oversee clinical nursing care, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards including quality assurance, confidentiality and medical record documentation
- Provide direct supervision to nurses and subordinate clinical staff, ensuring appropriate assessment and treatment of patient health; serves as a key problem-solving resource to staff on patient issues
- Provide superior patient care through patient advocacy and education
Required Qualifications for the Clinical Nursing Supervisor:
- Unencumbered Licensed RN or Licensed LPN in FL
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in a specialty care center or related setting – must have Urology, Interventional Pain, and/or Cardiology experience
