Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance by attending to their basic ADL's needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
- Assist clients take prescribed medication
- Assist with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
- Complete client’s shopping or accompanies them to successfully do so
- Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
- Communicates on a weekly basis or more often as necessary with the supervisor.
- Enforce health and safety standards.
- Planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirements of the client, and if necessary, assist with feeding the client.

Qualifications
- Supportive and compassionate. Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Take pride in providing high-quality care for Seniors
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Immediately reports emergency situations by phone to supervisor or office.
- Follows assignments and regulations.
- Assisting with personal care and a variety of daily living activities.
- Assistance with maintaining a safe, clean and healthy environment.
At least 1 years of working experience in a Home Health setting and a valid CPR/first Aid, Drivers license, and Proof of car insurance
Must have a high school diploma/GED
Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening
