Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated (MALE ONLY) Direct Support Professional to provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those requiring assistance in various living environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support.
Responsibilities
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Document client progress and daily Log, any incidents accurately in accordance with Agency policies.
- Personal Support services
- Have a reliable transportation
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas:
- First aid and CPR certification American Heart association approval
- Experience working with developmental disabilities
- Strong patient observation skills and the ability to monitor client behavior effectively.
