Maple Creek Senior Living is looking for reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Med Techs. Successful candidates must be available on weekends.
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Certified CNA or HCA (This certification is mandatory; please do not apply if you do not have it)
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- A genuine desire to work with the elderly and uphold their privacy, dignity, choice, independence, and individuality
- Previous experience as a Med Tech and caregiver is essential
- Ability to promptly and appropriately address problems
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, state officials, company staff, and outside healthcare agencies
- Flexible availability to meet job requirements
- Good character and a strong reputation for personal integrity
