Hours: Mon-Fri (4pm-12am)

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you'll perform and lead custodial tasks, operating various industrial cleaning equipment while managing and supervising a team of environmental services staff. If you're passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, we want you on our team!
Pay Rate

Responsibilities
- Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
- Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
- Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
- Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
- Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
- Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
- Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
- Must be able to work around cleaning products.
- Must reside within the service area.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
- Must provide a criminal background check.
