Nutrition Care Team
The Nutrition Care Team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is comprised of highly skilled professionals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional care to our residents. As a registered dietitian, you will play a critical role in this team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
Your expertise will enable you to evaluate and document residents' nutritional status and progress, as well as provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff. You will also work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Valid Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
