The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator plays a vital leadership role in managing nursing home operations to ensure high-quality care for residents while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficient facility management. This position requires overseeing staff, budgets, and policies to create a safe and supportive environment for both residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management and operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Supervise and support nursing home staff

• Monitor and promote resident care standards
