Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale multi-state teams of Account Managers and Recruiters
- Build a performance-driven, accountable, customer-focused culture
- Own client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Establish playbooks for relationship management, issue resolution, and expansion
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations
