Outpatient clinic near Fort Myers and Bonita Springs is seeking a high energy PT to join our staff. Our facility treats adult patients in orthopedics and general physical therapy. Opportunity is daytime hours flex schedule; 4 / 10’s, 4 / 9 or 9-5 no call / no weekends. Great opportunity for a physical therapist provider seeking to grow and learn and those looking to lead. Providers treat about 10-12 patients per day and includes evaluations and follow up. Great culture one of respectful communication and collaboration. Requires licensed in the state of Florida upon start date. Graduate from a program approved by commission for the accreditation of physical therapy education. Ideal candidate has experience of 2 years within an outpatient setting treating general and ortho patients. Will consider all talented candidates.
Compensation up to 100K base depending on experience plus sign on and quartley bonus. Excellent 3 weeks PTO, paid federal holidays, medical, dental and 401(k). CME expense additional insurance covered by company. Leadership development program offered for those seeking advancement. Additional internal transfers opportunities offered to candidates that may seek to relocate to associated facilities throughout the US.
