HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT), with 10 years plus experience for a unique and exciting opportunity providing elite, concierge-level Physical Therapy services to a private family. This full-time, permanent opportunity allows for the DPT to provide support to the non-profit foundation through direct services or grant writing within the scheduled hours if desired.
This is an opportunity for a Physical Therapist (DPT) to work outside of the typical barriers of high patient volume, burnout, and below average compensation, while joining a high net-worth family in providing excellence in care for the immediate family.
- DPT, PT works 40-45 max per week, flex scheduling options
- DPT, PT may work occasional limited weekend hours
- DPT, PT provides direct services for 8 family members
- DPT, PT provides services for teenagers and adults
- DPT, PT develops Physical Therapy programs
- DPT, PT enhances strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, & endurance
- DPT, PT works with 2 patients with developmental ataxia
- DPT, PT works with patients who have been receiving PT 3 times per wk
- DPT, PT is increasing dedicated individualized care
- DPT, PT will provide research and highest standard of care to family
- DPT, PT works collaboratively with FT SLP
- DPT, PT provides excellent client education
- DPT, PT will have option to travel with family to CA in June - July
Senior Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy
- 10 years’ minimum experience practicing a PT
- Minimum 3.5 GPA in Accredited PT Program
- TX State Licensure
- Ability to work on-site, 45 hours weekly
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to sign a 2-year contract
- Analytical, detail-focused, academic driven
Senior Physical Therapist Compensation:
- 150-175K DEO Annual Salary
- Relocation Assistance: Fort Worth, TX
