What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Background in business operations, customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-department management
- Financial and organizational oversight skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Desire to grow into or continue a career in long-term care leadership
- Nursing Home Administrator license preferred or willingness to obtain licensure (support available for qualified candidates)
