Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing professional development services for staff members
Conduct comprehensive new employee orientation and coordinate competency completion
Deliver annual mandatory and continuous education for staff, adhering to state and federal regulations and company policies
Teach in-house courses such as the CNA training program and special care unit training
Coordinate the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physical exams
Maintain employee education, training, and health files
As an Infection Preventionist, lead the charge in our compliance efforts with infection prevention requirements
