We are seeking a caring and dependable Staff development coordinator to perform duties and tasks at our Roswell Center for Nursing and Healing.
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing ongoing professional development services for staff members.
- Conducting comprehensive new employee orientation and coordinating competency completion.
- Delivering annual mandatory and continuous education for staff, adhering to state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Teaching in-house courses such as the CNA training program and special care unit training.
- Coordinating the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physical exams.
- Monitoring and ensuring current licensure and certifications of facility staff.
Requirements for RN Staff Development Coordinator
- An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum of one year experience in healthcare, long-term care
