Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, including technicians, custodians, and groundskeepers
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance needs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt resident care or daily operations
Manage and supervise the work of outside contractors and vendors

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
