Key Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing and business development for multiple facilities in the Philadelphia area
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, referral sources, and community partners
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive census growth and market share
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with administrators and clinical leaders to align marketing initiatives with facility goals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5 years of healthcare marketing and business development experience (SNF/post-acute care strongly preferred)
- Established connections within the Philadelphia-area healthcare network
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple facility needs
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities
- Must be professional, motivated, and capable of working in a confidential search setting
