About the Role
MRP is building an in-house media engine to support multiple brands, product launches, and an education platform for clinicians. We are seeking a Video Content Producer Media Specialist to lead all video production efforts, including social content, product marketing, webinars, and training content. This role is responsible for producing, editing, organizing, and scaling video content across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Film social media content, product demos, interviews, and brand content
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and multi-camera shoots
- Capture content in-office, on-site, and at events
Video Editing
- Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Edit long-form content (YouTube, webinars, trainings)
- Create high-quality, professional brand videos
- Repurpose content into multiple formats
Existing Content Utilization
- Edit previously recorded content and legacy footage
- Identify and extract usable clips from raw video archives
- Turn existing assets into new marketing and educational content
Webinar, Live Stream, and Training Production
- Run multi-camera webinar production
- Manage audio, slides, and recording quality
- Support live streams and training recordings
- Deliver clean, high-quality final assets
Content Organization
- Build and maintain a structured video content library
- Tag, categorize, and organize assets for reuse
- Ensure content is accessible and usable across teams
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Content & Social Media Manager to execute content plans
- Partner with the Director of Marketing on campaigns and launches
- Collaborate with leadership, SMEs, and sales team for content creation
AI Expectations
Utilize AI tools for:
- Video editing efficiency
- Auto-captioning and clipping
- Workflow optimization
- Continuously improve speed and output using modern tools
Qualifications
· 2–5 years in video production
· Strong editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
· Experience with multi-camera setups
· Experience with webinars or live production preferred
· Strong organizational skills for managing video assets
