Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and scale our sales organization. This role will be embedded within the sales team and will play a critical role in enabling performance through data, reporting, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
This individual will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, helping translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while maintaining a strong focus on pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and process adherence.
This role is 100% onsite Monday-Friday in Park City, Utah
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
· Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator supporting the sales organization
· Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and overall system configuration
· Maintain system hygiene, including data quality, deduplication, and process enforcement
· Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements aligned with sales processes and business needs
Reporting & Dashboards
· Design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track key sales KPIs (pipeline, conversion rates, activity metrics, forecasting, etc.)
· Provide visibility into sales performance at both individual and team levels
· Continuously refine reporting to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with leadership expectations
Data Analytics & Insights
· Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
· Partner with sales leadership to deliver actionable insights that improve conversion, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes
· Support initiatives such as lead scoring, conversion tracking, and activity analysis
Sales Process Enablement
· Collaborate with sales leadership to define and enforce sales processes within Salesforce
· Ensure proper stage progression, activity tracking, and pipeline hygiene
· Support cadences, workflows, and automation that drive rep productivity and consistency
Light Development & Automation
· Build and maintain basic automations (Flows, validation rules, workflow rules)
· Support small-scale development needs to improve efficiency and user experience
· Partner with technical resources when more advanced development is required
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment across systems and reporting
· Support data initiatives tied to marketing performance, lead management, and revenue attribution
Qualifications
· 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a sales-driven environment
· Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
· Hands-on experience with:
o Sales Cloud
o Sales Engagement (HVS)
o Account Engagement (Pardot)
· Experience working with integrated applications, including:
o RingCentral
o Zapier
o Einstein Activity Capture (EAC)
o Microsoft 365
o QuickBooks
· Experience with Agentforce is a plus, but not required
· Strong experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
· Proficiency in Salesforce data management and process automation (Flows, validation rules, etc.)
· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
· Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
· Experience supporting high-volume sales teams preferred
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
