Campus Dean – BSN Nursing Program (MSN Required)

$150,000 – $165,000 Bonus Potential
Seeking a Campus Dean – BSN Program to lead and elevate our nursing education programs. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing academic quality, faculty performance, and program compliance while driving student success and community partnerships.
What You’ll Do
As Campus Dean, you will lead all aspects of the BSN program, including:
- Overseeing program operations: curriculum development, faculty leadership, and budget management
- Ensuring compliance with state Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards
- Serving as a key liaison with clinical sites and community partners
- Leading faculty recruitment, development, and performance management
- Driving student success through admissions oversight, advising, and program completion tracking
- Managing clinical partnerships, site evaluations, and student placements
- Monitoring program outcomes (NCLEX pass rates, job placement metrics)
- Leading strategic planning, accreditation reviews, and continuous program improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license (California or eligible)
- Master’s degree (MSN or higher) in Nursing, Education, or Administration
- 2 years in:
- Nursing leadership / administration
- Teaching in pre- or post-licensure programs
- Direct patient care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with accreditation, compliance, and curriculum oversight
- Passion for student success and academic excellence
