Responsibilities:
- Provide functional HCM support centered on Core HCM, plus Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruiting
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM for client engagements
- Take on additional Workday modules and projects as business needs require
- Pursue additional Workday certifications as needed to support client work
Requirements:
- Workday implementor certifications (client-side certifications do not qualify)
- Core HCM certification
- Certification or hands-on experience in at least some of Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruiting (all four are not required)
- Willingness to earn additional Workday certifications at HITL's expense
