Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of Epic Secure Chat.
- Collaborate with clinical, IT, telecommunications, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with existing healthcare communication systems.
- Apply VoIP knowledge to support communication workflows, connectivity, and integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution across technical and application teams.
- Support testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities as needed.
- Participate in project meetings and attend onsite milestone events when required.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Epic Secure Chat.
- VoIP experience is required, including an understanding of voice communication technologies and related infrastructure.
- Experience supporting healthcare IT implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a primarily remote project environment and travel onsite when needed.
