Financial / Administrative Analyst – MEDITECH
Partner with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership to maintain MEDITECH system integrity, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements across financial, HR/payroll, and materials management applications.

Financial / Administrative Analyst – MEDITECH
Partner with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership to maintain MEDITECH system integrity, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements across financial, HR/payroll, and materials management applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain GL, AP, and fixed asset configurations; support month-end close, audits, and financial reporting
- Manage payroll processing, personnel workflows, ESS functionality, and HR system configurations
- Support procurement, inventory, and vendor management workflows
- Drive process standardization, system testing, and cross-functional operational improvements
- Hands-on experience supporting MEDITECH financial and administrative applications
- Strong working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Payroll & Personnel, Budgeting & Forecasting, Materials Management, and ESS
- Experience supporting healthcare financial and operational workflows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- HIS/Medical Records workflow experience
- Financial audit and reporting support
- Healthcare supply chain and procurement knowledge
- Workflow optimization in cross-functional healthcare IT environments
