Our West Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology planning and delivery for two major construction initiatives in the Mission Bay area of San Francisco: a new building development and a large-scale renovation project. This role will serve as the primary liaison between IT, facilities, construction partners, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of technology infrastructure and services throughout the project lifecycle. This Bay Area role is 100% onsite with an initial duration of 1 year, although this role will likely end up going much longer.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT-related planning, coordination, and implementation activities for construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Facilities, and Real Estate teams.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including low-voltage contractors, general contractors, HVAC vendors, and other project partners.
- Oversee deployment and integration of network infrastructure, audiovisual systems, workstation technologies, business applications, and building management systems.
- Drive project schedules, stakeholder communication, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure IT deliverables are aligned with construction milestones and operational requirements.
- 8 years of experience managing IT initiatives within construction or facilities projects.
- Strong background in technology infrastructure, including networking, AV systems, workstation deployments, business applications, and building management systems.
- Experience coordinating with construction teams, contractors, and facilities stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite multiple days per week at various San Francisco locations.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- PMP certification.
- RCDD certification.
- Experience supporting IT construction projects in an academic medical, healthcare, or higher education environment.
