- Manage daily warehouse operations and team performance
- Coordinate communication between Chinese and local teams
- Monitor inventory, order processing, and shipping efficiency
- Optimize workflows to improve productivity
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (required)
- Prior warehouse or e-commerce management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
