Front Desk Receptionist / D.O.F.I. (Director of First Impressions)

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers. Whether you're greeting someone at the front desk, helping with registration, or answering questions over the phone, you'll play an important part in creating a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
Previous healthcare or medical office experience is helpful, but not required. If you have excellent customer service skills, are comfortable using computers, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers
- Verify insurance and update patient information
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Scan and upload documents into patient charts
- Support daily front office operations
- Assist teammates as needed to help the clinic run efficiently

Schedule & Compensation
- $18 per hour
- 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
- Rotating weekends (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- 30 hours per week
