As the face of the clinic, our front desk team helps create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This position includes greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance and patient information, collecting payments, scanning documents into charts, and helping keep the front office organized and running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays positive in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Previous medical office experience is helpful, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
Schedule & Pay
$15 /hour depending on experience
30 hours weekly
12-hour shifts (8AM–8PM)
Rotating Saturdays (8AM-4PM)
Schedule may vary based on clinic needs
