We're looking for dependable, upbeat, people-focused team members to join our Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) team. This is much more than a front desk position. You are the first face, first voice, and first connection our patients have when they walk through the door.
If you're naturally welcoming, stay organized under pressure, and know how to keep things moving while making people feel cared for, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
As a D.O.F.I., you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while creating a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out. Daily responsibilities include welcoming patients, confirming and updating patient information, assisting with questions, answering incoming calls, and making sure clinic paperwork and forms stay stocked and organized.
You'll also collect and process payments accurately, scan and maintain patient documentation, verify insurance information, and protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
This role also includes helping resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally, communicating effectively with both patients and medical staff, and staying open to cross-training in other areas of the clinic. From time to time, you may be asked to jump in where needed to support the team and help move the clinic forward.
Pay
Starting at $15.00 per hour depending on experience.

12-hour shifts
Rotating Saturdays
30 hours per week
