Catalyst Clinical & Coding Analytics (Catalyst) is a top healthcare claims management company based in Irvine, CA. We specialize in medical record and billing procurement and provide cost-containment solutions for health plans nationwide.
We are growing our Outreach department and are looking for driven professionals who thrive in a metrics-focused environment and excel at high-volume outbound communication with healthcare facilities and contacts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound communication with medical facilities to obtain billing documents and medical records.
- Build strong relationships and provide professional, customer-focused service.
- Manage assigned client accounts and set realistic follow-up timelines and commitments.
- Document all communication accurately in our proprietary software (Haystack).
- Work independently to organize daily outreach tasks and manage follow-through.
- Suggest process improvements and support team efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all actions.
- Participate in ongoing department training and development.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple facility relationships.
- A strong communicator with excellent phone presence.
- Organized, accurate, and detail oriented.
- Skilled at multitasking and working independently without constant supervision.
- Able to build rapport with diverse personalities and professional backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Able to pass a background check.
Education & Experience
- BS in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Customer service, telemarketing, or account management experience is a strong plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
