Job Overview:

Under general direction, this position performs professional dental and managerial work in a public health clinic. The role is responsible for clinical, educational, and administrative dental services. It will include assignments such as clinical dentist and oversight of dental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and manage comprehensive oral health services for uninsured and underinsured adults and children.

• Precept and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in a clinical setting.

• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion to enhance patient compliance with treatment plans.

• Remain updated with best practices in oral health and provide patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree

• Valid and unrestricted Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)

• Valid DEA license
