Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.
Responsibilities: Evaluate patient conditions, set achievable treatment goals, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and assess care.
Qualifications: Must have a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, passing the NPTE, and hold or be in the process of obtaining a current state license. A minimum of one year's experience and CPR certification are required. Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
Skills & Attributes: Strong assessment, planning, documentation, and patient education skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
